Tuscan Village: A New Lifestyle Destination

Tuscan Village is a 2.8M SF mixed-use destination, situated at Exit 1 off I-93 just 30 minutes from Boston, MA. 36creative was excited to be asked to design a one-page site design outlining Southern New Hampshire’s premier development; highlighting all of it’s luxury offerings. Using the existing tone for the Tuscan family of sub-brands, our goal was to highlight the four main aspects of the development’s vision.


The Tuscan Village offers multiple residential options, including apartments, condos, and luxury rental homes. Offering a mix of studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes, tenants can enjoy granite counters, stainless steel appliances, in-home washer/dryers, and a private balcony or patio. Condo owners are situated in the perfect location – live in maintenance-free luxury next to over 15+ restaurants, 75+ shops, and much more.


“The Rock” at Tuscan Village will offer 1.0+ million square feet of office options. This presents opportunities for entrepreneurs and small businesses who are seeking boutique independent offices but want to live among large corporate headquarter buildings. Picture this: leaving your new office to spend time at the gym, perhaps do some shopping, and have lunch. Not to mention, moving your company into New Hampshire comes with so many benefits, including no state income.


A pedestrian village is set to be designed with small parks and comfortable public places to gather.  The Village’s goal is to create an environment where visitors can enjoy festivals and events promoting music, food and charitable causes. Timeless architecture will be used to develop a “new-urbanistic” style, which has been proven to be successful for centuries.

A retail landscape is being created, while understanding that successful retail is interactive with consumers. Tuscan Village’s stores and restaurants will create an emotional connection with their guests and have a strong emphasis on the dining experience. There will be entertainment offerings that are engaging and versatile, geared toward both family and late night social interaction.
